Introducing the Learning Commitment System:

Learn for Success have designed the Learning Commitment System to
help clients maximise the return on their investment in learning.

We are committed to ensuring that clients can measure the gain from
learning. We believe clients benefit most from learning interventions when
the aims- for individuals and business- are clearly defined beforehand, and
rigorously evaluated post-learning.

Under the Learning Commitment System process, Learn for Success analyse
learning needs with the client, agree intended learning outcomes, and meet
the programme participants in advance.

Between 6-8 weeks after the programme, Learn for Success consults
participants and the client to assess learning outcomes and action plans.
Learning Outcome Statements are then submitted to the client.
